ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years experience in answering phones in an uplifting positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Minimum secondary education certificate.

   JOB SUMMARY

  The Administrative Assistant will provide ambassadorship as a first contact for Polaris. He/She will adhere to the Polaris Explorer corporate manual and promote safe work habits.

  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for completing objectives as directed by his/her immediate supervisor or designate and execute these objectives in a safe and cost efficient manner. This person is the receptionist for the company and works as an administrative assistant for all office and field employees.
